The generously proportioned kitchen with laundry location is situated to the back of the property together with the garage.</em></p><br/><p><em>A centralized  mixture staircase leads up into the open courtyard straight above the kitchen. To the left, is the master suite with bedroom, walk-in wardrobe and bathroom, whilst the children’s bedrooms and adjoining playroom occupy the opposite side.
