Sky And Ocean Inspired House

<br/><img alt="mediterranean house Sky And Ocean Inspired House interior design 2 " height="798" src="http://www.decoradvisor.net/wp-content/uploads/2014/03/mediterranean-house.jpg" title="Sky And Ocean Inspired House interior design 2 " width="622" /><br/><p>It is correct that in order to best appreciate nature’s beauty, we should try to blend ourselves into it. This is precisely what this house attempts to do, employing the sky, ocean, wood and stone as sources of inspiration. <span id="more-29682"></span></p><br/><img alt="mediterranean house Sky And Ocean Inspired House interior design 2 " height="801" src="http://www.decoradvisor.net/wp-content/uploads/2014/03/mediterranean-house_.jpg" title="Sky And Ocean Inspired House interior design 2 " width="622" /><br/><p>The inside of the home is kept as straightforward yet decorated as possible. The walls are of a neutral, grey colour while furniture are low-leveled (normally beneath the hip). Decorations are sophisticated (such as the chandelier), which makes for an eccentric touch that only look to compliment the vibrant sunlight that enters the living area via the numerous windows. Notice how each piece of furniture is simplistic in 1 sense, yet enriching in another—the dining chairs for instance, have thin frames and legs, although they are of strong colors. The kitchen is mostly of a grey, silver or white tone, although modest orange accents such as a towel or wall hanging add vibrancy.</p><br/><p><br/><img alt="mediterranean house Sky And Ocean Inspired House interior design 2 " height="796" src="http://www.decoradvisor.net/wp-content/uploads/2014/03/mediterranean-house__.jpg" title="Sky And Ocean Inspired House interior design 2 " width="622" /><br/><img alt="mediterranean house Sky And Ocean Inspired House interior design 2 " height="933" src="http://www.decoradvisor.net/wp-content/uploads/2014/03/mediterranean-house___.jpg" title="Sky And Ocean Inspired House interior design 2 " width="622" /><br/><img alt="mediterranean house Sky And Ocean Inspired House interior design 2 " height="933" src="http://www.decoradvisor.net/wp-content/uploads/2014/03/mediterranean-house____.jpg" title="Sky And Ocean Inspired House interior design 2 " width="622" /><br/><img alt="mediterranean house Sky And Ocean Inspired House interior design 2 " height="821" src="http://www.decoradvisor.net/wp-content/uploads/2014/03/mediterranean-house_____.jpg" title="Sky And Ocean Inspired House interior design 2 " width="622" /><br/><img alt="mediterranean house Sky And Ocean Inspired House interior design 2 " height="933" src="http://www.decoradvisor.net/wp-content/uploads/2014/03/mediterranean-house______.jpg" title="Sky And Ocean Inspired House interior design 2 " width="622" /><br/><img alt="mediterranean house Sky And Ocean Inspired House interior design 2 " height="853" src="http://www.decoradvisor.net/wp-content/uploads/2014/03/mediterranean-house_______.jpg" title="Sky And Ocean Inspired House interior design 2 " width="622" /></p><br/><p>In truth, this use of orange extends into the bedroom region, exactly where the chain curtain that serves as a separating apparatus is of a gold-orange. Right here also, the walls are grey with touches of white, permitting for the blue tones of the pillows and bedcovers to successfully play their element. Simplicity is nestled amongst the use of color—a simple, low stool here, and a white wardrobe there.</p><br/><p><br/><img alt="mediterranean house Sky And Ocean Inspired House interior design 2 " height="933" src="http://www.decoradvisor.net/wp-content/uploads/2014/03/mediterranean-house________.jpg" title="Sky And Ocean Inspired House interior design 2 " width="622" /><br/><img alt="mediterranean house Sky And Ocean Inspired House interior design 2 " height="933" src="http://www.decoradvisor.net/wp-content/uploads/2014/03/mediterranean-house_________.jpg" title="Sky And Ocean Inspired House interior design 2 " width="622" /><br/><img alt="mediterranean house Sky And Ocean Inspired House interior design 2 " height="933" src="http://www.decoradvisor.net/wp-content/uploads/2014/03/mediterranean-house__________.jpg" title="Sky And Ocean Inspired House interior design 2 " width="622" /></p><br/><p>The gorgeous terrace is indeed striking, with its low white walls that permit the grand blue sky to outshine every thing else. Here, mattresses and cushions are strewn about, along with very low tables that permit for best relaxation. A brilliant touch is that these couches have wheels, which makes it possible for for rearrangement and storing away when it rains. If a single prefers for a ground-level comfort, there’s tons of that as properly. About the residence, the pebbled garden is decorated with chairs and cushions. Pots of plants offer a contrast against the bare white walls of the property, and the colour of these objects compliment the rich turquoise door and window panels.</p><br/><p><br/><img alt="mediterranean house Sky And Ocean Inspired House interior design 2 " height="414" src="http://www.decoradvisor.net/wp-content/uploads/2014/03/mediterranean-house___________.jpg" title="Sky And Ocean Inspired House interior design 2 " width="622" /><br/><img alt="mediterranean house Sky And Ocean Inspired House interior design 2 " height="933" src="http://www.decoradvisor.net/wp-content/uploads/2014/03/mediterranean-house____________.jpg" title="Sky And Ocean Inspired House interior design 2 " width="622" /><br/><img alt="mediterranean house Sky And Ocean Inspired House interior design 2 " height="933" src="http://www.decoradvisor.net/wp-content/uploads/2014/03/mediterranean-house_____________.jpg" title="Sky And Ocean Inspired House interior design 2 " width="622" /><br/><img alt="mediterranean house Sky And Ocean Inspired House interior design 2 " height="414" src="http://www.decoradvisor.net/wp-content/uploads/2014/03/mediterranean-house______________.jpg" title="Sky And Ocean Inspired House interior design 2 " width="622" /><br/><img alt="mediterranean house Sky And Ocean Inspired House interior design 2 " height="933" src="http://www.decoradvisor.net/wp-content/uploads/2014/03/mediterranean-house_______________.jpg" title="Sky And Ocean Inspired House interior design 2 " width="622" /><br/><img alt="mediterranean house Sky And Ocean Inspired House interior design 2 " height="933" src="http://www.decoradvisor.net/wp-content/uploads/2014/03/mediterranean-house________________.jpg" title="Sky And Ocean Inspired House interior design 2 " width="622" /><br/><img alt="mediterranean house Sky And Ocean Inspired House interior design 2 " height="933" src="http://www.decoradvisor.net/wp-content/uploads/2014/03/mediterranean-house_________________.jpg" title="Sky And Ocean Inspired House interior design 2 " width="622" /><br/><img alt="mediterranean house Sky And Ocean Inspired House interior design 2 " height="933" src="http://www.decoradvisor.net/wp-content/uploads/2014/03/mediterranean-house__________________.jpg" title="Sky And Ocean Inspired House interior design 2 " width="622" /></p><br/><p>This property is indeed a summer time house, however it is peculiar in that it doesn’t attempt to be one particular. It simply functions with the blue skies and hot sun of the summer to make lazy, quiet days of peace and comfort. With a series of stacked and unidirectional vaults contained within a basic solid mass, the parallel orientation of the rooms inside the residence becomes a filter that emphasizes the continuation of the oceanfront view from the beachfront façade to the street. Similar to the paradigm of a shotgun-home, the singular path of the vaults maximizes the connection of all spaces inside a deep building, meanwhile incorporating the excellent exterior landscape of the ocean and horizon.</em></p><br/><p><strong>Project:</strong> Vault Residence<br/><strong>Designed by</strong> Johnston Marklee<br/><strong>Location:</strong> Oxnard, California, USA<br/><strong>Site:</strong>  www.johnstonmarklee.com</p><br/><p> If you enjoyed this post, please think about leaving a comment or subscribing to the <abbr title="Really Simple Syndication">RSS</abbr> feed to have future articles delivered to your feed reader.<br/><img alt="pin it button Vault House By Johnston Marklee architecture " src="http://www.decoradvisor.net/wp-content/uploads/2014/03/pin-it-button__.png" title="Pin It" /><br/><img alt="p Vault House By Johnston Marklee architecture " border="" height="1" src="http://www.decoradvisor.net/wp-content/uploads/2014/03/p__________________________________________________________________________________________________.gif" title="Vault House By Johnston Marklee architecture " width="1" />
